Our way of operating is simple and effective. After a first contact with the customer, who provides us with the essential data (product characteristics, automation needs, productivity, etc.), a feasibility study is carried out with the consequent design and setting up of the system or machine.
From this activity, jointly with a financial evaluation, a supply report that describes in detail what we intend to achieve is created.
If the customer considers it appropriate to proceed, the design and development phase begins. The order is entirely designed in 3D, with the possibility of virtual simulation of movements.
The project is then examined together with the customer, with whom a process FMEA is also developed, if required.
The next step is construction, which involves machining of the construction components and assembly. At the same time, the system/machine management software is developed. Upon complete installation, in the presence of the customer’s technicians, the testing and possible instructing of personnel is finally implemented.
Each order is supplied “turnkey,” tested and ready for production, CE certified and guaranteed. The supply is accompanied by the instruction manual complete with overall drawings, a list of commercial – construction components, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams, and management software with any training service for the personnel in charge.
The fundamental goal is complete customer satisfaction and, for this purpose, we have successfully undertaken and completed the certification process of the quality system in accordance with ISO 9000.
