THREE-DIMENSIONAL DESIGN
Within the company, for many years we have introduced three-dimensional design that allows for virtual simulation of all the automation and die movements before construction, which allows us to create increasingly complex and articulated systems.
All products are designed with state-of-the-art 3D CAD software updated every six months.
CAM 3D
The production department supports vertical machining centres and numerical control lathes that are also programmed with 3D CAM technology.
ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINES
We are also equipped with EDM machines for precision cutting and pecking machining of hard metals.
MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Our automation management software is developed in-house by highly qualified technicians and this allows us to intervene with changes quickly and in an absolutely customised way.
DIE TESTING
Die inspection is carried out by measuring a sample of formed parts using a dimensional inspection machine. The same machine can also be used for “reverse engineering”.
INTERNAL DATA NETWORK
An internal data network allows us to reduce the time it takes for information to pass between design stations and machining centres, giving us the opportunity to avoid producing paper drawings.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Each order is managed and monitored in terms of time and costs by a software system that facilitates monitoring and control.
