For this reason, we are always ready to face a constantly evolving technology market and this commitment is expressed through a constant training and qualification process of personnel, also with the use of modern tools and cutting-edge IT solutions.<\/h1>\n<h1>THREE-DIMENSIONAL DESIGN<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-size:14px;\">Within the company, for many years we have introduced three-dimensional design that allows for virtual simulation of all the automation and die movements before construction, which allows us to create increasingly complex and articulated systems.<br \/>\nAll products are designed with state-of-the-art 3D CAD software updated every six months.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>CAM 3D<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The production department supports vertical machining centres and numerical control lathes that are also programmed with <strong>3D CAM<\/strong> technology.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINES<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-size:14px;\">We are also equipped with EDM machines for precision cutting and pecking machining of hard metals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-size:14px;\">Our automation management software is developed in-house by highly qualified technicians and this allows us to intervene with changes quickly and in an absolutely customised way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>DIE TESTING<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-size:14px;\">Die inspection is carried out by measuring a sample of formed parts using a dimensional inspection machine.
